Battersea Befriending Network (BBN) is a local, voluntary, befriending scheme for users of mental health services in Battersea and the surrounding area (within the London Borough of Wandsworth).

BBN employs no staff and all roles are undertaken voluntarily whether Committee Members (Trustees) or befrienders.  Demand for our service is high, greater than the number of trained befrienders, so we continue to run training courses whenever we are able to do so.  If you would like to volunteer with us, please contact us to let us know or click on:  Befriender Training Course

Despite this, there are costs to be met: training materials and hire of a hall for training courses, support meetings and the like.  Battersea Befriending Network (BBN) is registered with - look out for their logo when you shop on-line and choose to donate to BBN!  BBN is registered with HMRC as a charity and are able to claim any income tax you may have paid on your contribution which makes it worth more to us without costing you a penny extra.

BBN is registered with BT MyDonate - go to How to Make a Donation for the link.
